Nico and Carolina, a homeless couple from Tilburg, lost the car they used as a home when it burned out in a fire on Tuesday. Nico reportedly rescued Carolina from the vehicle, and they were left with only the clothes they were wearing. They are now staying on a boat with people who took them in, while their phone was also lost in the fire.

A TikTokker who uses the name Hercules offered the couple his old car for free after seeing what happened. He had recently bought another car and had already agreed to sell the old one, but the buyers did not show up. The car had not passed its inspection, which reportedly does not deter the couple. Hercules could hand it over from Friday, but the couple had not yet received it and hoped to get it soon so they would have their own place again.
