FC Twente supporters’ association Vriendenkring canceled the full ticket sale for the match against SC Freiburg after a software malfunction caused problems. The cancellation disappointed hundreds of supporters. Vriendenkring later decided not to hold a new draw for tickets before the match in Freiburg, saying that would not be fair after a peak load on the website had disrupted the distribution.
