Stefan de Walle has ended his role as adviser to Sinterklaas on Het Sinterklaasjournaal after 15 years. In a video podcast and YouTube series, the 61-year-old actor said he finds it difficult to close that chapter. He described the period as intense and turbulent, saying the role involved more than appearing on horseback. He also referred to death threats received during his time as adviser.
