The Zeeland-based insurer ZLM is expanding into the province of Gelderland. The company said rising costs mean it will need more insured customers in the future to maintain the premiums it offers. ZLM last expanded into Brabant 60 years ago and is promising that calls will be answered within 15 seconds.
