Xander ten Den, 24, started working at the fish shop on Molenplein in Heerenveen as a young teenager nearly ten years ago. He has since worked there as an employee and manager and is now the owner. Together with his partner, Mirela Sonsma, also 24, he has taken over the former Klaver Viswinckel.
