Dominique, 34, and her newborn baby were hit by a fat-bike rider on a zebra crossing. She was initially angry, but said she could not blame the rider after realizing that he was about 10 years old.

Dominique said new rules for fatbikes were needed soon. Plans had initially been expected after the summer, but the Ministry now says they will come in December.
