Wim van Bodegraven, an 80-year-old from Eibergen, is facing a €10,000 penalty after what was described as his 80th instance of permanent camping. He said he has nowhere to go and that he was honest with the municipality. Van Bodegraven said he felt he was being punished for that honesty and had never cheated anyone.
