Wemerman Plaatwerking, a family business, has existed for 276 years and has received royal recognition. Twin brothers Bob and Thijs, both 30, are the ninth generation to run the company, as far as they know. They said becoming their father’s successors had not been a childhood ambition and that their parents never pressured them to do so.
