Construction of a watchtower on Panorama Hill in the former Hedwigepolder, on the border between Zeeland and Belgium, is proceeding according to schedule. Zeeland deputy Arno Vael said the tower is expected to be completed by mid-2027. The province has not yet found an entrepreneur willing to buy and operate the tower.
