Helmond mayor Sjoerd Potters sent warning letters to 115 parents of teenagers who had been seen one or more times in locations associated with nuisance. The letters were delivered by municipal enforcement officers in at least some cases.

Potters urged parents to speak with their children and warned that possible measures could follow. The action came amid complaints about nuisance involving fatbikes and fireworks.
