The Dutch delegation left an International Monetary Fund meeting in Bangkok when the Russian finance minister addressed the gathering. The Finance Ministry confirmed the walkout.

Reports said delegations from several other countries also left, including EU countries, the United Kingdom and Canada. One report said the Russian minister was participating in the meeting for the first time since 2022, while another said the United States delegation remained.
