The bankruptcy of chemical company Vynova Belgium in Tessenderlo-Ham appeared increasingly likely after Nobian, described as the most important potential buyer, withdrew from the process. A rescue scenario consequently seemed less likely. Companies in Beek and Maastricht were also reported to be affected.
