Six Utrecht political parties have raised concerns about vacant premises and the disappearance of businesses on the Amsterdamsestraatweg. They cited the former building of coffee shop Malabata, which appears to have been empty for years, and want to know what the municipal executive is doing to prevent vacancies and keep the shopping street attractive.
