Alice Lucas, a building artist from Almelo, converted a former cold store in Nijverdal into a home for Wout Obbink and Ria Overbeek. By using part of their garage, enough space was created for a ground-floor home for future neighbors Kees and Dieuwke Kaspersma. Obbink and Overbeek were settling into their new house, while Kaspersma and Kaspersma were speaking with Lucas next door. The conversion was described as making both older couples happy.
