Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) declined to release a report on social insecurity at the university, stating that no final version is yet available. The report, prepared by research firm Verinorm before the summer, has nevertheless been discussed internally for months.

A newspaper invoked the Open Government Act to seek disclosure of the report, which concerns an external investigation launched after several people said they had experienced social insecurity. According to sources cited in a single report, the findings are critical of TU/e’s way of operating and of its tendency to take conflicts to court quickly.
