Russian businessman Umar Kremljov said Donald Trump Jr. reimbursed him for the cost of luxury parties held around Trump Jr.'s wedding in the Bahamas. Speaking to reporters in Istanbul, Kremljov said he did not understand the repayment because he did not regard the payment as a special gift.
