A truck that exceeded the 3.6-metre height limit struck the underside of the railway viaduct on Beukenweg in Amsterdam-Oost, damaging the vehicle.

Train traffic over the viaduct, including services towards Utrecht and Gouda, was temporarily halted while ProRail inspected the structure. The viaduct was not damaged, and train services are being restarted gradually.
