A 47-year-old therapist from Apeldoorn stood trial in Zutphen over allegations that he sexually assaulted a 23-year-old patient during treatment. He admitted touching or kissing the patient’s breasts, but said the patient had placed his hands there. The patient denied that account and said he had touched her under her bra and near her pubic area.
