The municipality of Zutphen wants to introduce several traffic measures in the Noorderhaven district to improve safety for pedestrians and cyclists. The plans include lowering the maximum speed, making a street less car-oriented and improving access to the parking garage. Most of the measures are scheduled for 2027.
