Former Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves said that Russian President Vladimir Putin would be dead if Russia lost the war. He said he was not afraid of a Russian attack on Estonia, arguing that Russian “little green men” would come to a bad end there, but said the escalating hybrid war worried him.
