Tiny Forests spread across Dutch cities
◆1 source
The first Tiny Forest in the Netherlands was reportedly planted in Zaanstad ten years ago. The small forest, made up of native species, was located in the city, and more than 350 similar sites are now said to be spread across the country. Their continued existence can depend heavily on the enthusiasm of one person; when that person leaves, a Tiny Forest may disappear.
