Ceyhun, Jax and Milan from Rijen have run the Sausagesbroo’s business for a year, making fresh sausage sandwiches each week and selling them in the area. Demand has grown, so they moved production from their kitchen to a larger workplace in a garage, where they prepare the dough and filling with help from Milan and Jax’s father, Leo.

The business began after Leo, who works in a slaughterhouse, had leftover minced meat and suggested making sausage sandwiches with the boys. Ceyhun later joined Milan and Jax. The boys keep tips and plan to use them for a trip to eat sushi in Oosterhout. They are also planning a stall during the Sinterklaas festivities in Rijen and are considering a special Christmas sausage sandwich.
