Teylingen planned to accommodate 50 unaccompanied minor asylum seekers and 23 status holders from 2027, instead of the 227 adult asylum seekers and 14 unaccompanied minors assigned to the municipality under the Distribution Act. The municipality said the arrangement would mean it did not have to house the 227 adult asylum seekers.
