Tessa Rompas’s homelessness in Eindhoven

◆1 source

Tessa Rompas, 33, from Eindhoven had been homeless for eight weeks and was sleeping in the bushes in a park. She had previously slept in parking garages and was singing on the street to earn money for food and drinks. She had lived in Delft with her boyfriend for eight years, but after their relationship ended, she could no longer pay the rent. Rompas had been registered for housing in Eindhoven, but had not renewed the registration annually. She temporarily stayed with a friend in Maassluis before leaving and returning to Eindhoven.
