Tesla plans to phase out Cybertruck production at its large Texas factory next year, Elon Musk said. The vehicle did not win a mass market after being promoted as a competitor to established manufacturers’ pickup trucks.

One report said ending production is intended to make room for increased production of the Cybercab, Tesla’s two-seat robotaxi.
