TenneT is reported to be carrying out preparations for a major expansion of the Dutch high-voltage grid near the Hessepoort between Dalfsen and Zwolle. The work is expected to continue until 2032, with forest being cleared, large quantities of sand being moved and construction activity taking place in the area.
