A 20-year-old man from Purmerend, identified as Mohammed H., appeared at a first hearing over allegations that he forced a 16-year-old girl from the Rotterdam area to harm herself and perform sexual acts online between 30 April and 10 July. The prosecution said she was made to carve the name “Zoro” into her body with a sharp object, leaving scars.
