The suicide of British banker Simon Andriesz caused unrest in the United Kingdom. Earlier in the year, Andriesz had said that the relationship between Howard Lutnick, the current US secretary of commerce, and Jeffrey Epstein went further than Lutnick had previously claimed. Andriesz was reportedly expected to make further revelations that summer.
