Sterre van Ouwerkerk, a 23-year-old designer from Alphen, has dressed Dutch artists including Roxy Dekker, Frenna, Yade Lauren and Bizzey through her clothing brand Sterre Elaine. Five years after founding the brand, she is now looking to expand abroad and said she dreams of making an outfit for Rihanna one day.
