Court ruling on sale of Seyss-Inquart bunker

The Hague court ruled that the Dutch state may sell the former bunker of Nazi leader Arthur Seyss-Inquart at the Clingendael estate in Wassenaar to The Hague property entrepreneur Jeroen de Wilde.

Heritage organisation BOEi had also sought to buy and restore the bunker, but the court found that it was rightly excluded from the process after its initiators contacted the only other bidder in breach of the rules.
