A man was stabbed during an argument between two residents of a shelter in Amsterdam's De Pijp neighbourhood. He was injured but did not need hospital treatment and was able to seek medical care himself. Police arrested a 33-year-old fellow resident.

The reason for the argument and the weapon used remain unclear. Police are seeking witnesses.
