Municipal and provincial officials in Zeeland and South Holland called on the national government to take rapid measures to improve the water quality of Lake Grevelingen. South Holland deputy Arne Weverling, responsible for water and soil, made the call during a round-table meeting in Zierikzee with the House of Representatives’ Standing Committee for Infrastructure and Water Management.
