State Secretary Judith Tielen for Education and Emancipation reported a slight improvement in the extent to which people recognise sexually inappropriate behaviour. She also reported a greater sense of urgency around the issue, as well as slight improvements in workplace experiences and in how people respond when such behaviour occurs.
