A man was found seriously injured at a home in Drunen on Tuesday morning after local residents raised the alarm at about 7 a.m. He was treated by paramedics and taken to hospital under police supervision after losing a large amount of blood.

Police are investigating how he was injured and forensic investigators are due to examine the home. The reports disagree on the street: one places it on Van Eikstraat and the other on Van Speijkstraat.
