A man was seriously injured when a car collided with a van on the A13 near Delft on Sunday morning. One report said the car struck the rear of the van.

A trauma helicopter landed on the motorway to allow a trauma team to treat the injured man. The A13 towards The Hague was completely closed between Kleinpolderplein and Delft-Zuid.
