Sabine Oude Geerdink, 42, and Wouter Oude Geerdink, 47, left their home in Tubbergen for an old kiwi farm in Tuscany, Italy. They did so without a detailed business plan, driven by a desire for a simpler life and what was described as Twente pragmatism.
