Royal FloraHolland has stopped auctioning flowers with an auction clock in Naaldwijk, ending a tradition that began there in March 1923. The organization said continuing the clock trade was no longer financially responsible and plans to phase it out completely by 2030 at the latest, shifting the activity to Aalsmeer.
