Rowey Muradin, 29, entered youth care as a teenager. She said she only began to feel hopeful when she was given choices in difficult situations, which gave her the courage to continue.

That experience became the basis for her methodology as a coach. Through her company, Clarity Coaching, she supports parents in complex family situations and often acts as their mediator in youth care.
