NEC supporters were reported to have painted parts of the Vitessebrug over the A50 between Ewijk and Herveld in red, green and black. The bridge had been painted yellow and black about two weeks earlier by Vitesse supporters, leaving the two clubs’ colours on the bridge.

Rijkswaterstaat filed a report of vandalism after the NEC supporters’ action. The colours are expected to remain, with no major cleanup planned.
