A restaurant at Sub Ocean Services in Oud-Vossemeer was reportedly no longer allowed to receive passers-by. The diving centre also has an instruction pool, hotel and shop, while the restaurant has room for 40 people. Manager Topagna Tol, 21, and her family said they did not understand the change in hospitality rules.
