Residents' association De Gaarden Voorburg and local residents have raised concerns about extensive construction plans around Appelgaarde 2-4. They fear the plans could cause traffic congestion and parking problems, and are calling for building heights to be limited to eight floors. They also want more influence over the participation process, which they say was committed to at an early stage without sufficient input from the neighbourhood.
