Residents of an apartment building on Rivierenplein in Dordrecht have reportedly been without heating for eight months. The building’s 40 apartments are connected to a communal heating system that has been broken since February.

One resident, Irene, described the situation as unbearable and inhumane. The heating system is still not working.
