The Bekslaan-Leidsevaart intersection in Vogelenzang was officially reopened after almost four months of work. The junction, where the Leidsevaart, a railway crossing and a bicycle bridge had previously created a complicated traffic situation, now has a clearer layout. The first cars passed through while onlookers expressed satisfaction, despite noting that the sandy road surface was still settling.
