Regional hospitals were described as financially healthy in BDO’s assessment based on their 2025 annual reports. Ommelander Hospital remained near the bottom of the ranking for the third consecutive year.

Its finances are improving gradually and it recorded a positive result with difficulty, but its financial position still has some way to go.
