Care-friendly homes for seniors are planned at the site of a farm in Deventer that burned down earlier this year. Developer Nejboer wants to revive the location, but the debris must first be cleared before work can continue.

The site had reportedly been neglected and was later destroyed by fire. No further details about the plans or their status were provided.
