Ad Pijnenborgh, a Tilburg resident who worked for Rijkswaterstaat for nearly 40 years before retiring, questioned the plans for a new railway viaduct at Ringbaan-West. He said he was surprised by the ease with which a 1.5-year road closure was being accepted.
