PSV presented its annual figures for the 2025–2026 season on Tuesday. Financial director Jaap van Baar discussed the figures and current developments, including the Philips Stadium, on the podcast “Het van de Herdgang” with presenters Mascha Prins and Rik Elfrink.

PSV said that plans for a major expansion and renovation of Philips Stadion are becoming more likely. General manager Marcel Brands put the chance of work starting next year at above 50%, after estimating it at below 50% a year earlier. The club recently presented images of its preferred design. The plan would increase the stadium’s capacity from 35,000 to at least 52,000 seats. PSV reported a €6.6 million profit for the 2025/26 season and said its equity had risen to €55 million, while it is considering financing for the project with its own partners and external financiers.
