The Public Prosecution Service sought a four-year prison sentence and mandatory psychiatric TBS treatment with conditions for a 33-year-old Amsterdam man. He was accused of raping a woman in a garage in Amsterdam in the presence of a child and of planning a terrorist attack on a proposed asylum shelter.

The latest reported position is that he faces the four-year prison sentence; the case remains before the court.
