Prince Carlos de Bourbon de Parme said that the Tibetan community in the Netherlands deserves its own cultural center. The son of Princess Irene made the statement at a meeting at Soestdijk Palace, where a major fundraiser for Tibetan refugees was considered 60 years ago.
