Construction of 65 apartments planned at the monumental Ritahuis on Hoogstraat 231 in Eindhoven is expected to be delayed for years because the electricity grid is overcrowded. The plans are advanced and the neighborhood has been informed, but construction has not yet started.

The project team said it was about halfway through the process of securing the necessary grid connection.
